None Position Highlights:

Med Surg/ED LPN position in a 25-bed rural Critical Access Hospital Primarily serves a geriatric patient population Team-based nursing model with 2 RNs on each shift , plus Nurse Aides/CNAs ER experience is preferred No previous travel experience required No floating required ; LPN remains on Med Surg unless they choose to float and have the appropriate experience

EPIC EMR

Telemonitoring available; no dedicated monitor techs CPAP patients managed on the unit 3 shifts of department-specific orientation

Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to Med Surg and ED patients within LPN scope of practice Monitor and document patient conditions and changes in status Administer medications and treatments as ordered Provide care for primarily geriatric patients, including those with dementia, stroke, and skin-care needs Assist with post-surgical rehabilitation and recovery Support patient activities of daily living and provide compassionate, patient-centered care Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements:

2+ years of LPN/LVN experience in Hospital setting (Acute care setting) ER experience preferred Experience with geriatric patient care, dementia, stroke, and skin care preferred Active North Dakota LPN license required Active AHA BLS required Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical judgment skills Additional Details 25-bed Critical Access Hospital Nurse-to-patient care is team-based 2 RNs on each shift with CNA/Nurse Aide support Self-scheduling and block scheduling available Scrub color: Any RTO must be submitted upfront; 7 days or less accepted for the 13-week assignment Candidates must live 50+ miles from the facility (As per Driver's License address)

Pay:

$45.00 - $48.00 per hour
