Job Description

Travel LPN for a skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Coleridge, Nebraska. Night shift 6:00 PM-6:00 AM, 3 x 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends. Requires minimum one year of travel nursing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments to patients in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. Document patient assessments, care plans, and progress notes accurately. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Perform wound care, catheter care, and other routine nursing procedures. Monitor vital signs and report changes to supervising RN or physician. Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols. Educate patients and families on care procedures and health maintenance.

Qualifications:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing. Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience. Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently. Reliable, compassionate, and adaptable. Comfortable working night shifts and rotating weekends.
