12-Hour Nights Job Summary We are looking for an experienced LPN/LVN to join a Telemetry unit in Omaha, Nebraska. The ideal candidate should be comfortable providing patient care in a hospital setting and working overnight shifts. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients on the Telemetry unit. Monitor vital signs and observe patients for changes in condition. Assist with patient assessments and ongoing care plans. Administer medications and treatments within the scope of practice. Monitor patients and report changes in cardiac or clinical status to the appropriate healthcare team. Assist with daily patient care and mobility needs. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Follow infection-control, safety, and hospital policies. Qualifications Active LPN/LVN license required. Previous hospital or Telemetry experience preferred. Strong patient-care and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment. Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts.
