Potential opportunity to extend 3. Key Responsibilities Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to residents in a memory care setting. Administer medications and treatments according to established care plans. Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns appropriately. Complete assessments, documentation, and nursing records accurately. Support residents with daily care needs and promote comfort and safety. Collaborate with caregivers, healthcare providers, and families. Respond appropriately to urgent and changing resident needs. Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies. Assist with maintaining a safe and supportive environment for residents with memory-related conditions. 4. Requirements Active LPN license required. Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, or memory care experience preferred. Strong assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings/nights as needed. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced care environment. 5. Education Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program. 6. Certifications Active LPN license required BLS preferred/required based on facility requirements 7. Preferred Qualifications Previous memory care or dementia care experience . Long-term care or skilled nursing experience. LPN administrative/leadership experience strongly preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience managing resident care and coordinating with staff. Flexible and dependable approach to scheduling.
