Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Per Diem Langdon Place of Exeter - Exeter, NH Langdon Place of Exeter is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team on a Per Diem basis. This is a great opportunity for an LPN looking for a flexible schedule while still being part of a supportive, resident-focused team. As a Per Diem LPN, you'll have the flexibility to work around your schedule while being part of a team that values collaboration, professionalism, and exceptional resident care. What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and standards of care Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor residents and promptly identify and report changes in condition Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and other members of the interdisciplinary team Assist with the development and implementation of individualized resident care plans Supervise and provide guidance to nursing assistants and other care staff as appropriate Ensure resident rights, dignity, privacy, safety, and independence are maintained Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements Respond appropriately to resident needs and changes in condition Work collaboratively with the nursing team to provide exceptional resident care Qualifications Current New Hampshire LPN license in good standing or a valid multistate compact nursing license with authority to practice in New Hampshire Previous assisted living, long-term care, skilled nursing, or senior living experience preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Flexibility to pick up shifts based on facility needs If you are an LPN looking for a flexible Per Diem opportunity with a supportive team, we encourage you to apply today!
