Days & Nights Start Date:

September 7, 2026 Mandatory Requirements to Apply Active LPN/LVN license eligible to practice in New Hampshire. Minimum 1 year of LPN experience required. Current BLS/CPR certification required. SNF, LTC, or similar clinical experience preferred. Must be available to work 12-hour day or night shifts . Must be available to start on September 7, 2026 .
