Key Qualifications:
Active LPN/LVN license in the state of New Hampshire Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting highly preferred Ability to respond calmly and efficiently in emergencies Strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate with school staff, students, and families Current CPR/BLS certification Knowledge of student health protocols, documentation, and confidentiality standards
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver routine and emergency healthcare services to students and staff, including medication administration, first aid, and management of chronic health conditions Monitor and document student health status; maintain accurate health records in compliance with school policies and relevant regulations Communicate effectively with parents, educators, and healthcare providers regarding student needs Support individualized healthcare plans for students with specific medical requirements Assist in health screenings, immunization record review, and health education initiatives within the school Promote a healthy, safe, and inclusive school environment by following infection control procedures and wellness best practices
