Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted LPN license in New Hampshire required Previous experience as an LPN or LVN in schools or pediatric settings is highly desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families Ability to demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and flexibility in a dynamic school environment Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized nursing care and daily health support for a middle school student with specific needs Administer prescribed medication and treatments according to established protocols Monitor the students condition, recognizing and appropriately responding to changes in status Communicate effectively with school staff, parents/guardians, and healthcare providers Ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date following school and nursing standards Participate in care planning and attend meetings as required to support the students educational and health goals In this meaningful position, youll play a crucial role in helping your student access a nurturing and safe learning environment.
