Qualifications & Experience:

1 to 2 years of PET/CT experience required Current Rad/CT Tech License (NH) Nuclear Medicine Certification (ARRT or NMTCB) BLS certification preferred Excellent patient communication and education skills Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities

Professional Responsibilities:

Ensure patient safety by conducting thorough pre-screening and adhering to radiation safety protocols Communicate effectively with patients, radiologists, and team members, prioritizing patient comfort and understanding Produce high-quality PET/CT diagnostic images using GE Discovery PET/CT units Accurately interpret physician orders and select appropriate imaging parameters Train new technologists and provide mentorship as needed Troubleshoot issues with scanners, peripherals, and electronic systems Document all procedures and adhere to regulatory standards for radioactive material handling
