This is a part-time role that allows you to deliver focused, high-quality care to a single patient in a supportive and stable home setting.

Position Highlights:

Provide hands-on nursing care in a comfortable home environment Follow patient-specific care plans and ensure safety and comfort Administer medications and monitor medical equipment as needed Assist with hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities Track vital signs and promptly report changes in condition Communicate effectively with family members and team

Qualifications:
