Job Description Job Description Van Dyk Park Place Assisted Living Community in Hawthorne, NJ, is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join our nursing team.

Pay rate:

$38 per hour. We are looking for dedicated nurses who take pride in providing high-quality care and developing meaningful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues. Available Shifts:

Full-time 6:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Every other weekend is required. Full Time 2:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m. Every other weekend is required. Qualifications and Experience Current NJ Licensed Practical Nurse license Assisted living or skilled nursing experience Current CPR and First Aid certifications Management, administrative, or supervisory experience Knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, and assisted living regulations Strong judgment, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate nursing care and support to residents in accordance with individual service plans. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards, company policies, and established protocols. Communicate effectively with physicians, families, the Director of Nursing, and team members regarding resident care needs, changes in condition, and follow-up. Complete charting, reports, medical forms, medication records, and other required documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Supervise and support Caregivers while promoting a safe, respectful, and caring environment. Apply sound nursing judgment and help uphold established nursing objectives, standards, and procedures.
