Active New Jersey Licensed Practical Nurse , LPN OR Compact License 1-2+ Year Experience in Long Term Care Setting MUST be COVID Vaccinated or Provide Medical/Religious Exemption

• IV Certification Required
• Responsibilities for Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosages and proper techniques.

Performing routine assessments of residents' health conditions, including vital signs, and promptly reporting any changes to the healthcare team. Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding, while promoting resident independence and dignity. Collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
