Your Role:

Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) This isn't just a nursing job—it's an opportunity to build lasting relationships while delivering high-quality care that empowers individuals to live healthier, more independent lives. As a Shift Nurse at NCFL, you'll: Provide skilled nursing care and administer medications as prescribed. Monitor and assess individuals' health, documenting care in accordance with NCFL policies and Medicaid guidelines. Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and direct support professionals to ensure exceptional care. Support individuals during daily activities, appointments, and community outings as needed. Promote health, safety, dignity, and independence while making a meaningful impact every day.

Compensation:

Registered Nurse (RN): $45.00/hour Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $35.00•38.00/hour Earn up to $52.50/hour for overtime! Employees regularly have opportunities to pick up additional shifts and significantly increase their earnings.

AM What You'll Need:
