Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LPN/Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients in the home setting.

Responsibilities:

Travel to patients' homes and provide them with healthcare services Monitor your patients' conditions and report them back to a supervision physician Listen to the concerns of patients' family members and explain your care plan to them Administer medications, dress wounds, monitor vital signs, test for muscle weakness, and perform related tasks Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide patients with the best possible care

Experience:

Associate/Bachelor's degree in nursing Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Current state-mandated licenses Ability to work well with minimal supervision Excellent interpersonal skills

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of NJ
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
