Job Description
Busy, private pediatric practice is seeking a qualified part-time (3-4 week days) RN or LPN to join our fast paced, detail oriented team. In this position, you will play a key role in providing care to adolescents, children, and infants. You will be primarily responsible for telephone triage and will discuss with the family their concerns for their child. You must be able to identify those children who are in need of an urgent visit and offer advice to those who need guidance for their children's physical and emotional issues. Also responsible for following up on lab results, reviewing prescription requests and coordinating care with specialists. Must be compassionate with good communication skills. Must be a team-player.
