We offer two unique care settings, giving you the opportunity to choose the path that fits your passion and grow your career along the way: Brothers of Mercy Nursing & Rehabilitation Center Prefer a more hands-on clinical role? In our skilled nursing and rehab setting, LPNs are at the heart of daily care delivery. What you'll do: Administer medications, injections, and treatments with precision and care Perform ongoing resident assessments and report changes in condition Provide direct nursing care in partnership with CNAs Support short-term rehab patients as they recover and return home Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with nurses, therapy, and physicians Why you'll love it: A dynamic clinical environment where your skills are fully utilized, and you're an essential part of improving outcomes for residents.
