Mid Shift, 3:00 PM-11:00

PM Schedule:

5x8-hour shifts

Pay:

$35•40/hour on W2 We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a Long-Term Care/Nursing Facility assignment in Clifton Springs, NY. The ideal candidate will have strong nursing home experience and be comfortable caring for residents with chronic, behavioral, and degenerative conditions. Required License & Certifications Active New York Single-State LPN License required Pending license is NOT accepted New York is not a Compact state BLS certification required Required Clinical Experience Previous Nursing Facility/Nursing Home or Long-Term Care experience is required .

Candidates should have experience with:

Nursing home/LTC patient care Behavior management techniques Caring for residents with degenerative disorders, including: Alzheimer's ALS Parkinson's disease Obtaining 12-lead EKG/ECG Medication administration and routine nursing care Monitoring and documenting resident conditions Working effectively with interdisciplinary care teams

$35•40/hour on W2 1 position available Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a dependable and clinically skilled LPN with recent LTC/nursing home experience. Candidates should be comfortable caring for residents with complex chronic conditions, behavioral needs, and degenerative disorders while providing safe, compassionate, and quality patient care.
