Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with at least 2 years of recent Long-Term Care (LTC) experience .The LPN will provide compassionate nursing care to residents while ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Responsibilities include medication administration, patient assessments, treatments, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, clinical judgment, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced LTC environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to LTC residents, including assessments, treatments, and routine monitoring. Administer medications and treatments safely according to physician orders and facility protocols. Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the RN or healthcare provider. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team. LN01
