NY State Licensed Practical Nurse Certification ( required )

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

LPN will assist the School Nurse/RN in charge of the Health Office. Under the supervision of the RN, the LPN will: assess students attend to minor medical needs deliver medication as prescribed by doctor orders assist with hygiene/toileting of younger students perform medical procedures as appropriate for a school health office other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
