Rate:

$27-$29.50/hour (depending on experience) PLUS Shift Differential Plus up to $7500.00 Sign-on-bonus. Responsibilities LPN's Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans, physician orders, and facility standards. LPN's Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly. Document care, assessments, medications, and treatments in the electronic medical record. Assist with skilled nursing needs such as wound care, catheter care, tube feeding, and other treatments within LPN scope of practice. Support residents with short-term rehab, long-term care, dementia care, hospice, palliative care, and geriatric nursing needs. LPN's Supervise and support CNAs to help ensure quality care and resident safety. Follow infection control, HIPAA, resident rights, and safety standards. Requirements Current valid New York State LPN license . Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehab, or nursing home experience preferred, training is available for new nurses. New LPN graduates are welcome to apply. Strong communication, documentation, and clinical assessment skills. Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to resident care.
