Your Day-to-Day:

Deliver personalized nursing care with heart and skill Accurately administer medications and treatments per care plans Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and care teams to ensure the best outcomes Document care updates thoroughly and efficiently Offer leadership and mentorship to CNAs on your unit

What You Bring:

Valid LPN license Excited to learn as a new Graduate or bring your experience! Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing (preferred but not required)
