Qualifications Valid licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Proven experience working in multiple healthcare settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, hospice care, or outpatient clinics. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems. Experience with specialized care areas including Alzheimer's/dementia care, memory care, infectious disease management. Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, sterile technique, and first aid procedures.
