All Shifts Pay rate : $41 - $45/hr. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: BLS (AHA), Covid Card Active NY License Minimum of 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Perform medication passes accurately and safely. Monitor and report changes in resident condition. Complete timely and accurate documentation.
