Offering 12 hour shifts. Work only 3 days a week = full time! Leaving you more free days $3.00 shift diff for 2nd and 3rd shifts!!! Weekend Warrior Option $3.50 Monthly attendance bonus $1 extra dollar for every hour worked. LPN's will provide quality nursing care to our patients and family needs; working under the direction of the Care Manager, RN. The care setting is a skilled nursing care facility. Position Requirements

• Registered LPN with Ohio License and a minimum of one year of LPN experience
• Valid Ohio Driver's License
• Competency in information technology
• Evaluation skills sufficient to report to RN Case Manager clinical details to support patient needs and goals
• Documentation skills sufficient to record patient/family
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence #
