Job Description
The Legacy Assisted Living Community located in Farmdale, Ohio. If you are an energetic, compassionate, driven individual that has a passion for working within the assisted living industry and serving senior populations come apply to join our team today!! Must be an LPN, have flexibility in work schedule and basic knowledge and experience with scheduling. Will supervise nurses and caregivers on a daily basis to ensure the best care is being provided to our residents. Must have compassion and the heart to serve. Responsibilities for the Wellness Director, LPN include but are not limited to: Quality assurance, regulatory compliance, coordination of resident's health and wellness needs, medication program management and resident assessments.
- Responsible for overseeing the medication programs.
- Assist in the recruiting, hiring and training of clinical team.
- Responsible for leadership including engagement, performance management and evaluations.
