LPN Responiibilities Include:

Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician Administer medications and treatments accurately Monitor patient conditions and document changes Take vital signs and maintain clinical records Ensure a clean, safe, and organized care environment Assist residents with daily needs and comfort Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and care team staff Adhere to all safety, infection control, and healthcare regulations

Requirements:
