We are a provider of Long-Term, Independent & Assisted Living and Memory Care in a Skilled Nursing setting. We have Immediate Full and Part-Time positions for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) as well as PRN!- Day shift
- Night shift
- PRN/Rotation Whether you're entry-level, looking for your first job or you have a decade of experience, we are looking for you!
Be Responsible For:
- Providing direct nursing care
- Observing, reporting, and responding to changes in resident conditions
- Attending required in-service training events
All Applicants Need To Have:
- Current Ohio LPN license—unencumbered
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to work 12
- hour shifts
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to respect all members of the healthcare team
- A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly

$27- $34 per hour
