Nurses (RN & LPN) Lighthouse Residential Treatment | Whitehall, OH Join Our Team and Help Change Lives Lighthouse Residential Treatment is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality nursing care within our residential behavioral health and addiction treatment program. Our nursing team plays a critical role in supporting clients throughout their recovery journey by delivering exceptional clinical care, education, and treatment support in a collaborative environment. Full-Time & Part-Time available
Shift:
12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30
PM Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience Primary Responsibilities Complete nursing assessments upon admission and throughout treatment. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Carry out physician and provider orders accurately and timely. Monitor clients' physical and mental health status and communicate concerns to providers. Perform point-of-care testing, specimen collection, and coordinate laboratory services. Document care, assessments, and interventions in the Electronic Client Record (ECR). Provide health education to clients and families. Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary team meetings. Assist with discharge planning and coordination of care. Respond to medical and behavioral health crises as needed. Maintain compliance with all licensing, regulatory, and accreditation standards. Support a safe, therapeutic, and client-centered environment. Qualifications Current and active Ohio RN or LPN License. Experience in behavioral health, mental health, addiction treatment, or related healthcare settings preferred. Knowledge of medication administration and nursing care practices. Ability to pass background checks, compliance screenings, and pre-employment drug screening. Preferred Psychiatric or addiction nursing experience.
