Responsibilities:

Admitting new residents Assigning and delegating duties to non-licensed nursing staff Monitoring resident care and supervising other nursing staff Performing ongoing assessments of residents' physical and mental health Explaining procedures and treatment protocols to residents LPN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or RN (Registered Nurse)

Qualifications:

LPN License Patience, Compassion, Kindness Critical thinking skills Knowledge of infection control practices Observational & Communication skills Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety rules
