Full-Time 12hr shifts - Urgent Care Setting Providing compassionate primary care in an urgent care setting! A background check will be required Pantheon is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our expanding clinical team at our primary care clinic in Edmond, Oklahoma. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive, collaborative outpatient environment. This role is focused on supporting providers in delivering primary care services, assisting with patient care, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Established clinical protocols and workflows are in place to guide responsibilities and maintain high standards of care. While supporting patient care, Pantheon also supports our staff by offering streamlined documentation workflows. Our owners have developed a physician-built application that integrates directly with our EMR, eliminating double charting and allowing documentation to transfer seamlessly. Benefits Flexible scheduling Supportive work environment Career advancement opportunities Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a physician or provider in a primary care clinic setting Assist with patient intake, including vital signs, medical history, and documentation Administer medications and perform clinical procedures within the LPN scope of practice Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the provider Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans Perform routine clinical tasks such as venipuncture, EKGs, and basic lab procedures Ensure accurate and timely documentation within the EMR Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all compliance and safety standards Support clinic workflow, including patient communication and coordination of care Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes Qualifications Education & Licensure Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Oklahoma Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain) Experience & Skills Previous experience in a clinic or outpatient setting preferred Strong understanding of primary care workflows and patient care Excellent communication and patient interaction skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team Physical & Environmental Requirements Ability to see with corrective lenses and hear with or without assistance May be exposed to infectious or contagious diseases Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary Physical Demands Frequent standing and walking within the clinic Ability to lift and carry up to 15-20 pounds if needed
