Qualifications:
Current OK State LPN License, 1Year Home Health Experience Good Organizational, Time Management, Communication, Computer Skills Responsibilities:
Provides Direct Patient Care as defined in Oklahoma's Nurse Practice Act. Provides Nursing Care under the supervision of RN and according to the plan of care derived from physician's order and RN assessment. Nursing Care includes physical care, emotional support, and patient/family education. Participates in coordination of home health services, appropriately reporting the identified needs for other disciplines (HHA, OT, PT, MSW, ST) to the RN and/or Clinical Supervisor. Provides accurate and timely documentation consistent with the Plan of Care. Maintains a continuing knowledge of competencies related to the nursing profession by participation in inservice and educational programs. Abides by administrative policies regarding nursing coverage and responsibilities, scheduling availability, and provides support to the Nursing Dept as deemed appropriate. Participates in On-Call Rotation/Duties as Defined by On-Call Policy.Benefits:
