Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, promoting health, preventing illness, and managing a wide range of medical conditions. Your expertise will help foster healthier communities through proactive patient engagement, accurate diagnosis, and personalized treatment plans. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments including physical examinations, medical history reviews, and diagnostic evaluations using EMR/EHR systems. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses across diverse age groups, utilizing your knowledge of internal medicine, pediatrics, dermatology, cardiology, neurology, and other specialties as needed. Develop individualized care plans that incorporate health coaching, preventive strategies, and evidence-based interventions to optimize patient outcomes. Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals such as specialists in radiology, anesthesiology, obstetrics/gynecology (Ob/Gyn), emergency medicine, and others to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Manage medication administration, immunizations, wound care, and post-operative follow-up while adhering to HIPAA regulations and safety protocols. Utilize advanced diagnostic tools including medical imaging techniques like CT scans or radiology reports when necessary for accurate diagnosis. Participate in clinical research or quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient safety. Qualifications Medical degree from an accredited institution with active licensure as a Family Medicine Physician or equivalent qualification. Wound Care Experience Post-residency experience demonstrating proficiency in outpatient and inpatient settings with a focus on primary care. Extensive knowledge of healthcare diagnosis procedures across multiple specialties such as cardiology, pulmonology, endocrinology, rheumatology, and more. Hands-on experience with EMR systems like Epic or similar platforms for documentation and patient management. Strong skills in patient assessment, triage, clinical research, discharge planning, and medical records management. Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams by collaborating with healthcare professionals across various fields including pathology, radiology, surgery, psychiatry, and critical care. Familiarity with medical coding (CPT/ICD) and compliance standards such as HIPAA is essential. Excellent communication skills coupled with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care in diverse clinical environments including outpatient clinics or hospital settings.
Salary/Payout:
The pay structure for this position will be based on a collections based payoutPay:
$200,000.00 - $230,000.00 per yearExperience:
