Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Health PRN Deliver skilled care where patients are most comfortable—at home. We're looking for a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who enjoys providing one-on-one patient care in a home health setting. This is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while delivering quality nursing care that helps them recover, manage chronic conditions, and remain safely at home.
