Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical patients in accordance with established policies and procedures. Participate in the assessment of patient needs and health plan. Perform nursing tasks including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs. Collaborate with the healthcare team to facilitate positive patient care outcomes. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Ensure the proper handling and documentation of all medications and medical equipment.
