Responsibilities:

LPN

•

Level I:

Perform routine nursing duties under close supervision of an RN, physician, or dentist. Provide basic nursing care and monitor patient health status. Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Assist with patient assessments and care plans. Document nursing care and report changes in patient condition. Follow facility policies, procedures, and nursing standards. LPN

Level II:

Perform the full range of practical nursing duties at the full-performance level. Provide patient care independently within the scope of LPN licensure and facility procedures. Assess and monitor patient conditions and responses to treatment. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Participate in developing and implementing patient care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation. Report significant changes in patient condition to the appropriate healthcare professional. Provide guidance and training to staff performing routine nursing tasks.

Mandatory Requirements:
