_ Essential Functions Communicating in English with all residents, families, and visitors. Must be self-motivated and can work independently and make decisions. Must be able to work under pressure, to resolve conflicts, to prioritize tasks, and follow through with ideas. Excellent verbal and written skills, and interpersonal skills and company regulations.
