Job:

GetaFluShot is looking to hire a Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse for mobile immunization clinics throughout Salem and its vicinity and or the Pacific Northwest.

Responsibilities:

Doing assessments before administering COVID/Flu vaccines. Counseling people on after-vaccination signs & symptoms of a reaction. Administering Covid vaccines to employees of client companies. Completing vaccine forms and vaccine usage.

Requirements:

Current license. Knowledgeable and skilled in the dosage, administration, indications, precautions, contraindications, and possible adverse reactions related to the vaccine being administered. (Training will be provided). Experience in intramuscular injection techniques and subcutaneous injection techniques is helpful. Obtain informed consent; complete documentation. Dispose of bio-hazardous waste. Knowledge of Universal Precautions. Knowledge of protocols for adverse reactions, and reporting of incidents and injuries. A reliable car is a must. About the
