Job Description
Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a school district in Hanover, PA is seeking a LPN to provide 1:1 care for a medically complex student during the 2026-2027 school year . We have multiple openings for one to one care for different students within the district. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a direct impact by supporting a student's health, safety, and ability to attend school successfully.
Assignment Details Start Date:
Immediate Openings through May 28, 2027Schedule:
25 hours/week (36-week assignment)Daily Hours:
Approx. 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM (school day) Includes bus ride coverage (times TBD closer to start)Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay:
$30 to $33 an hour Part-time schedule with consistent school hours 1:1 needed for a Diabetic student: The nurse would get on the bus in Hanover and the students attends a local middle school nearby. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 nursing care for a student Monitor and respond to medical needs throughout the school day Ride the school bus to ensure safe transport Collaborate with school staff and caregivers Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans Qualifications Active Pennsylvania LPN License required Experience with pediatrics with Diabetes preferred School nursing or pediatric experience preferred Additional Information Bus schedule will be confirmed closer to the school year This is a dedicated 1:1 assignment , not a general school nurse role Supportive school environment with clear expectations If you are a compassionate LPN looking for a meaningful, student-focused role for the 2026-2027 school year, apply now to SHC Education!What We Offer:
