- 26-week contract
- Correctional healthcare setting
- Evening shift: 1:00 PM-9:00 PM
- 5x8 schedule
- Start date: October 19, 2026
- End date: April 24, 2027
- 1 opening What You Will Do
- Provide direct patient care within the LPN scope of practice
- Complete timely clinical documentation
- Coordinate patient care with members of the healthcare team
- Provide professional patient-centered care within a correctional healthcare environment

- Minimum 1 year of full-time LPN correctional experience within the last 2 years required
- Must be able to work the 1:00 PM-9:00 PM evening shift
- Must be able to provide direct patient care within the LPN scope of practice
- Must be able to complete timely clinical documentation and coordinate care with the healthcare team
- Must meet applicable Commonwealth and facility onboarding requirements prior to placement Licensure, correctional experience and all required credentials will be verified prior to submission.
