Job Description
•$7,500 Sign-On/Retention Bonus for Qualified Candidates

AS A LICENSED PRACTICAL
NURSE, you will support the physician or mid-level provider with assisting in development, implementation and evaluation of patient care in the office. He/she will be required to coordinate the care with other services or outside health care providers. The LPN will serve as a liaison between the physician, the mid-level provider and all other health care providers.
QUALIFICATIONS
Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania required Previous Licensed Practical Nursing experience preferred Healthcare Provider (CPR) within 6 months of start date in position/department
