Overview Part-time Position (between 9am to 3pm) Experiences not required, full training is available Two references required from previous employer/supervisor Required driving license with auto mobile insurance Responsibilities Help seniors/elderly with daily living activities, including dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Monitor their health and well-being, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times. Assist individuals in social interactions and community engagement to promote social skills and inclusion. Observe and document changes in clients' behavior or condition, reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other caregivers to develop individualized care plans. Support clients in achieving their personal goals through encouragement and skill-building activities. Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity. Requirements Experience with senior people or training in caregiving, assisted living, or related fields is preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, families, and team members. Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others are essential qualities for success in this role.
