Role Overview:

The Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides primary clinical support in an outpatient setting, assisting providers with patient care, diagnostics, and treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

Obtain and document patient histories, vital signs, and prepare patients for examinations. Assist with minor procedures and diagnostic tests, collect and prepare lab specimens, and ensure accurate documentation. Administer medications and vaccines under provider supervision, maintain a clean clinical environment, and communicate effectively with patients and providers to ensure quality care.

Qualifications & Skills:

LPN licensure, ability to provide care across specific age ranges, and proficiency in clinical procedures. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail are essential.
