Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking an expert-level Licensed Practical Nurse who can work independently, respond confidently to clinical concerns, and support safe, resident-centered nursing services in a secure treatment environment.

  • Benefits-Eligible W-2: $35 per hour Tier 2
  • Non-Benefits-Eligible W-2: $39 per hour 1099
Independent Contractor:
$42 per hour Important 1099

Expert-Level LPN Opportunity This LPN position is designed for an experienced nursing professional who can provide guidance, troubleshoot difficult clinical concerns, answer questions within their area of expertise, and consistently exercise sound professional judgment. Key LPN Responsibilities Provide practical nursing care, treatments, and resident monitoring. Administer and document medications according to provider orders. Implement nursing care plans and report changes in residents' conditions. Record vital signs, collect specimens, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Required LPN Competencies Medication administration, dose calculations, IV therapy, and clinical treatments Vital-sign monitoring, specimen collection, and resident assessment Emergency response, CPR, first aid, oxygen administration, and respiratory care Wound care, catheter care, infection control, and sterile technique Enteral nutrition, ostomy care, neurological checks, and safe patient handling Minimum Qualifications Candidates must: Hold a current Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse license. Demonstrate the ability to use EMR. Function within established professional nursing standards at all times.
