Warren Medical Group is growing our clinic office nursing team! In this role you will help with clinical tasks in various offices including family medicine, general surgery, urology, and orthopedics. Monday to Friday; 8:00am to 4:30pm In this role you will: Verify patient information by interviewing patient, recording medical history; confirming purpose of visit Prepare patients for examination by performing preliminary physical tests; taking blood pressure, weight, and temperature; reporting patient history summary Clean and ensure patient rooms are properly / fully equipped prior to the patient being escorted to their room. Review chart for overdue labs/ procedures according to provider standing orders Perform nurse visits/ injections

What's Needed:

High School Diploma or equivalent LPN license, or eligibility Flexibility to float to different clinic offices for patient service needs Don't delay - !
