9/9/2026 - 9/23/2026 (or until filled) Position Overview Tioga County Prison is seeking a qualified, reliable Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support facility health operations. The LPN conducts initial health assessments for newly admitted individuals and delivers comprehensive routine and daily nursing care within the correctional facility. Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily sick calls and evaluate health care needs of newly committed individuals.
• Coordinate and schedule medical doctor consultations and external clinical appointments.
• Perform routine laboratory procedures, including blood draws.
• Manage, reorder, and stock daily medication inventories and med carts.
• Complete accurate transfer paperwork and medical documentation as needed. Requirements
• Active Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing LPN License.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Successful completion of PA State Police Clearance and PA Child Abuse History Clearance.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening. Compensation & Schedule

Pay Rate:

Starting rate determined by the Tioga County Salary Board.

Hours:

Part-time (varies between 16 to 28 hours per week; schedule specifics discussed during interview).
