Job Description
Must have an active California LVN License, current CPR certification, and the ability to communicate in Spanish. Candidate must have reliable and insured transportation and a valid driver's license for travel between patient locations. This role is supervised by a Registered Nurse and will follow individualized patient care plans, which may include vital sign monitoring, medication support, wound care assistance, personal care, mobility support, observing changes in condition, and reporting updates to the RN.
