About the Position We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our growing home health team. The Office LVN will work closely with the Director of Nursing and clinical team to ASSESS patients and ensure all records meet home health standards. Qualifications Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license. Home Health experience preferred. Strong knowledge of home health documentation and compliance. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. Proficient with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
