LPN | Skilled Nursing Full Time Bishop Gadsden, the Southeast's premier senior living community, is proud to be recognized for excellence in health care and rehabilitation. We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated LPNs to join our outstanding team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by delivering high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about caring for older adults, committed to providing exceptional service, and eager to be part of a supportive and rewarding community.
A Typical Day:
Oversee resident care, medication administration, and clinical documentation. Partner with residents, families, physicians, and care teams to deliver exceptional service. Lead and support CNAs through supervision, coaching, and orientation of new staff. Foster resident engagement while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.
Requirements What We Need From A Candidate:
Must be licensed (LPN) by the state of South Carolina and in good standing with a current active license Must have the ability and knowledge to act in a supervisory capacity BLS certified OR willingness to get certified within 3 months of employment. Consistently demonstrate professionalism and clinical skills Maintain professional appearance and conduct exhibiting a respectful and courteous demeanor at all times Ability to stand, stoop, bend, reach, squat, climb, reach above head, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and written
