$29-$36/hour Pay dependent on qualifications and experience in a wound care role Comprehensive benefits package: Medical, dental, vision insurance Generous PTO + birthday PTO 401(k) with company match PRN opportunities across our network Career advancement opportunities within the largest skilled nursing network in South Carolina Supportive, team-focused work environment Position Summary As a Wound Care Nurse (LPN) , you will be responsible for providing specialized skin and wound care to residents under the direction of the physician, Director of Nursing, and/or Medical Director. You will play a key role in promoting healing, preventing complications, and improving overall resident outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide direct wound care and skin treatments in accordance with physician orders Assess, monitor, and document wound progress and treatment effectiveness Assist in developing and modifying individualized care plans Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes Educate staff on proper wound care techniques and prevention strategies Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation Ensure adherence to all regulatory, safety, and infection control standards Qualifications Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program Current CPR certification required Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Prior wound care experience strongly preferred Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Passion for delivering compassionate, resident-centered care We are an equal opportunity employer.
