LPN or RN - In-Home Care A locally owned and operated home care company in the Upstate of South Carolina is seeking a dependable LPN or RN for a flexible nursing position. This opportunity may be structured as a contract or salaried position , depending on experience, availability, and agency needs. Responsibilities Complete initial client case openings and nursing assessments. Review client needs, medications, safety concerns, and plans of care. Conduct follow-up supervisory visits in clients' homes. Monitor caregiver performance and quality of services. Complete and sign case-opening and supervisory documentation. Review and sign caregiver competency and training documents. Review and sign weekly task logs for accuracy and completeness. Report changes in condition, safety concerns, incidents, and service issues to management. Requirements Current, unrestricted South Carolina LPN or RN license. Current CPR and First Aid certification. Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and automobile insurance. Must be willing and able to travel throughout the Upstate of South Carolina. Home care or supervisory nursing experience preferred. Position Benefits Flexible schedule.
